I'm always looking for bargains for my clients, and I like the location -- right on Ski Hill Road -- of the little-bit-70s Gold Camp Condos. I also like how well the condos are laid out, and that there is yard all around the half dozen buildings. So, I looked to see if there were any short sales in the complex and found one.
